ActiveX or VBScript for wmiProcessorInfo?

I'm trying to write an appliction or script that I can embed within an HTML document to display information such as the CPU info. I've found some nice WMI API's which look like they do what I want, but I don't know how I could turn them into an ActiveX control or VBScript. Is this possible with wmiProcessorInfo for example?
