|What ASP based CMS do you recommend|

I need to identify a reasonably cheap/free ASP based CMS to use for a not-for-profit associations website.
Being a Linux type I could do with a few pointers as to which systems are decent.
We only really need basic CMS features which will allow non-technical staff to add pages and content to a site structure that we will implement.

DotNetNuke is pretty good.

Do you know if it can produce standards compliant code (and whether it builds sites which will function on non-js enabled devices)?
