msg:936025 | 1:02 am on Nov 6, 2002 (gmt 0) | I'm looking to paste some information from the clipboard to many different folders at the same time. Is there a program that will do this? For examle I need to paste information about widgetA to 20 different folders at predeisgnated spots/pages in the different folders. Then widgetB etc. I'd like to not have to do this one at a time if possible.

msg:936026 | 11:32 pm on Nov 6, 2002 (gmt 0) | Not that I know of. You could use one of the search and replace routines like "bk replacem". Just search for something common in all the files. I think there is a "append" feature. Or were you talking creating the file from scratch too? What I do is use something like EditPlus or UltraEdit to open all the files I want. Put them in a "project" so that I can load them all at one click. Then a quick keyboard macro to put the text at the bottom of each file. I do that all the time here to update common code across 75scripts.
