FrontPage Issue - Getting a Weird Error
'CC:' Causing Errors in FrontPage

I use MS FrontPage only for the drag and drop file management. I do not use it for any fancy themes or plug-ins because most of them are only IE compatible. This problem has me completely confused.

I kept on getting this error when trying to save a particular page:

403 Forbidden
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /_vti_bin/_vti_aut/author.exe on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.36 Server at www.mywebsite.com Port 80

I spent hours last night trying to figure out why I was getting this error. I dwindled it down to one piece of text that was causing the problem. I was writing email templates, and the string 'CC:' is causing this error. If I take out the 'CC:' text, it will save without errors, if I put that string back in, it won't save. It has that error on any document, and any website on my server. Any ideas?
