Add items to many pages with FrontPage 2003

Hi
I'm new to webdesign ...
I'm using FrontPage 2003 and creating a website but am struggling on something, I have created the Index page and another 5 pages (contact, sport ... etc) and published these pages including the Index.html but now when i add a button to the Index page i have to do a same thing to all the other pages and thats take long ... so what I want to do is when i add a button for example to the Index page I want frontpage to add the button to the rest of the pages automatic ...
can someone help please

you want to use a Front Page Include. Search "FP Include" or "Front Page Includes" In the search bar.
