DreamweaverMX - 100% height of nested tables
In designer's view it doesn't stretch

Hello to all,

I'm counting on Your suggestions as to what the problem is as it's driving me mad.

When I place a new table (in standard view) and set its width and height to 100% they both stretch to the whole of the screen.

However, I need to have a table nested inside, with height also set to 100% and it doesn't work. Preview in IE works, but why on earth does Dreamweaver ignore the '100% height' setting and stretch the nested table only to fit its content?

I've been going through tons of websites and trying all tricks possible but it's the same. The parent (first ever) table stretches both ways, the nested one - only horizontally.

Any clues are genuinely welcome

Best regards,
Joey33

Seeing the code would help, but I'm going to take a shot here.

Try putting some content in the nested table and see if it behaves like you want it to. Sometimes it's just quirky that way, if I can see the code I can try to duplicate it and help you more. :)
