Migrating from notepad to FP2003

I've built a website for a customer manually in notepad++. I use CSS for all formating, and a PHP for loading pages ("case... include... break;"). Everything validates 100% and life is good.

But now my customer want to manage the site through FrontPage 2003, which I have little to no experience with.

First, can this be done?

Second, how does FP2003 handle a PHP-driven navigation system?

Third, can anyone help me?

I've searched lots on google but haven't found anything really helpful. Does anyone have link to a resource relevant for this?

I would really really appreciate every bit of help I could get on this.

If your system is template-based - i.e. he can edit one template file which is written in straight HTML with placeholders, then yes, he can use FP2003.

If the system uses PHP and it's not template based, I'd say he cannot use FP2003. Look into building him a CMS.
