Im just getting started writing a website on Notetab lite, it seems lot closer to coding in hand than WYSIWYG, is it perhaps something in between.

NoteTab is a text editor. It doesn't have a WYSIWYG editor. It's great for editing your code and text files, but WYSIWYG it is not.

Of course, the answer also depends on how you see HTML. It could be argued that the only true WYSIWYG editor is a plain text editor.
