Hi all,

I have a site that works well over mobile phones but noticed that the client cannot dial and make calls while browsing the web on their phone so I found a simple wml code that dials a number from a link on the site...works great!

But now I want to have a sms link on the mobile site so someone can click from the mobile site on their phone and connect to their text messaging for sms.

Does anyone know of the link code?

What technology are you developing in? An ASP example script here:

I'm just using simple html and can add in wml links and such. I do know there is a link code for this because I used it on another site about 4 years ago.

I'll check your link but I'm not coding in mobile.NET or anything, just simple html that is easily converted to most mobile phone browsers.

Thanks for response!

bcolflesh that is good reading, thank you much.

I'm currently using w3schools to study this mobile .NET stuff and in the long run I'll get it. Seems there is a way to do it for sure this way.

But again if anyone knows the wml code that can connect to a mobile phone text message service while on the internet via the mobile phone let me know.
