Hi,

A colleague of mine runs a pub and he wants to put in a wireless network for people to use there. As I'm a 'computer Pearson' he asked me for advice.... I've set one up at home for myself, but I seem to remember there are a couple of initiatives to help get wireless to the masses. One that I've found is 'The Cloud':

What else is available / recommended? Or should I just set up a regular connection, and work out a way to charge for it?

Thanks for any help.

Paul

My mother in law wanted a similar thing. The way we worked it out was to just set up a regular access point, and sell the key for a fee. Every day we change the key. It works really nicely.
