Anybody got experience of the 3G service kicking around in the UK? I need to ditch my ageing mobile for something that will let me make mods to sites when I am on the road. Three questions ... - Does anybody know of a map showing geographical coverage. I hear rumours that the service is replaced by O2 GPRS when a 3G connection is not available.
- How quick is 3G in practice? Is it that much better than GPRS?
- Any other comments about reliability or usability?

Looks like all the stories about 3G uptake are true, then ... :(
