what recourse do I have for having my site ripped and duplicated |

I have discovered that a number of my sites have been ripped and completely duplicated (not hijacked) my copy and link structure are word for word. What if anything can I do to have these sites taken down. Can this potentially harm my hard work in these sites rankings in the various search engines? Thanks in advance.
