hi;

I have original content all written by myself and i want to translate it to some other languages.

Is there any negative effects chancing the language of same text and putting to your website?

No problems for me.

I did with an ecom site with a national flag for the country and language no problem at all.

No problem at all. I have the same content in 9 different languages, all of them rank well in most search engines for important keywords in each language.
