"All Rights Reserved" vs "Copyright"
What legend to use.

I've seen sites that use an "All Rights Reserved" legend on bottom, while others uses the "Copyright (c)" legend. Some others uses both.
Do both legend have the same meaning? Are they equivalent? complement?
