Does anyone have an up to date figure. A list of the others share would also be good.

Thanks useful but what I need is % use of linux as a OS for web servers comapred with win2000/iis etc.
My client has been advised by one of their " experts" that linux is not used much as a web server and the Win2000 platform is more widely use and better!

Here's the Netcraft Web Server Survey [netcraft.com].
And an interesting slant on it in an article at The Register [theregister.co.uk].

Ta, Necraft had been down for a few days from here!
Great to see Microsoft sponsering the report saying no one uses linux!
Bill Gates is becoming a modern day Robin Hood: Take from the Rich 1st World and Give to the poor via his Foundation.
He must be frustrated he hasn't been able to take over the web server market!
