Is there a usable linux-based vector illustration program out there?
| 11:20 pm on Jul 9, 2004 (gmt 0)|
I want to spend more time on the other (i.e. linux) side of my dual-boot system, but I need to have vector illustration abilities.
I have tried Karbon (1.3.1 I think), but on my Fedora partition, I found it very unstable (with program crashes about every 10 minutes...)
Does anyone have any suggestions for alternate vector-based drawing programs?
By the way, although I need vector drawing tools, I don't use half of what illustrator has to offer, so suggested programs need not be quite as full-featured to be good alternatives for me...

I don't much use graphics programs, but here's one list [vectorgraphics.sourceforge.net] of vector programs.
