Thanks for that link! Adding "noapic" to the kernel parameters seems to have fixed my issue and the system seems much faster.
The odd part is i'm running reiserfs much like the other person who had this issue.
I do rather large index/db updates of 1 terrabyte a piece and i would see those errors stream by, havn't seen one yet :)
