| problem with insite lycos? any1 can help me?

hi i paid for insite lycos search engine submission and its been 7 days already and my site hasnt been listed yet. i go to Manage Account and all i see is E and H next to my status which is set to Submitted. but i dont see it being included in inktomi or Fast yet. they said 72hrs and now its been 7 days..why is that? Welcome to webmasterworld PsychoCrusher1. Have you searched your full url: ht*p://www.yoursite.com in the search engines?
If nothing shows up with that search then you should send them an email.
There should be a green tick under 'Incl' next to status, if there isn't one it hasn't been submitted.
The E is a link to edit your account and the H is a link to check your html code, they're not related to your sites status.
