I use to eat and drink google before florida update, now I am planning to shift my interest to other SEs as well.

Mine is around 4 months old site, I never submit my sites to any SEs as they find it by their own.

But the reality is , it is not listed in alltheweb.com, How can I proceed for the listing.

What The SEO tips for all the web, can anybody send me a link, where I can learn

There have been several discussions in this very forum on how to rank in ATW. One observation many people made is that many ATW serps where pretty similar to Google serps pre florida, so this might give you some clues.
Basic factors are the same as with google, links, anchor text, title tags & classic onpage optimization.

Study the top listings in your areas and learn from them would be my advice. And then, if you think you have spotted some pattern, discuss it with people here and get some input. This approach usually works best to get valuable input.
