Try contacting their customer service, to see if they did update the page, but simply aren't reporting it as 'refreshed' when you login. Also check yer logs to see if their bot stopped by, or if you made "major changes" then check yer rankings too. >anybody else with problems? Never thought it made sense to pay for what they should be doing for free - I seed their engine with valuable content (thus making searchers want to use it) and they give me traffic. They also get to track what keywords are used to find my site (they use redirects in their SERP. Imho, they get tons of valuable data for free from me, so I see no need to pay them for the priveledge of what I should be getting for free too.

I hear ya! Unfortunately it is a brand new site so I need the 48 hour turn around to see if I am optimizing it correctly. I sent a request in yesterday to see what was happening but I haven't heard back yet.

thanks. I now tried pointing it to a different URL and it has been in the 'submitted' stage for over a week now. I have tried contacting Lycos via their support page without any luck.
