I know FAST don't update the way Google (used to) do, but I'm seeing new pages indexed and quite some movements on serps. Checked:
lycos.com, lycos.co.uk, lycos.de and lycos.es
t-online.de and terra.es On topic internal links seems to give a boost in serps.

It looks quite markedly different to when i checked last week. And, frankly, worse - new(ish) multi-hyphen domain names still seem to rule, and a parked domain was at number two. Spin the dials again.
