Submitting via ATW or Lycos Insite?

Hope I did not mess up.

I already had an account with Lycos so I submitted about 15 urls last night with them for FAST. Is there an advantage of ATW over Lycos? Pricing was the same...

Can't follow, glenv - ATW offers/advertizes PFI through Lycos. Wouldn't know of ATW had their own PFI gateway now?
ATW is still fed by the FAST index. You pay for inclusion to that index, which feeds not only ATW but most Lycos sites and many more.

The same inclusion is available through PT, with the same backend as on Lycos.
From what members here have reported the customer service with PT is said to be better, but the service itself is identical.

Actually, Lycos has a special discount for users who sign up through their site. Supposedly a limited time offer only. Feature wise, they are the same, both get you inclusion into the Fast or Inktomi index.
