You submitted a site and they indexed it in full in only three days? You are sure it wasn't indexed before you submitted? Any good links to the site? How old is it?

| hi heini, yes i'm shure it wasn't indexed before. i just came across alltheweb some days ago and realized this (using google normally). then i submitted it and checked it today. worked like a charm. the site is 2 month old and there are links to it from one site only (maybe now 2 or 3) - that's all. do i have to mention that results are displayed on the first page now? ;)

Hakre, I'm asking because that appears to be some unusual incident. First submission did not do much in most cases, apart from triggering a visit for robots txt. Second a complete adhoc spidering plus full indexing is something I have never seen. Fast crawlers typically operated similar to Google etc: once they have found some good links they were ready to eventually visit and index a site.

Something has definitely updated. There is a new entry on page 1 of the SERPS for my #1 keyword.

The normal update indicators aren't happening yet, but there does seem to be a lot of flux going on. It's getting exciting! I don't want to go to bed. It always happens when I'm asleep darn it. My site and yahoo.com are still showing the same amount of links on www and www2 I did however just move up one position in the last hour, and my description has been changed, and I now have the first Fresh Tag I've had in quite a while. Oh, come on Google, get on with it, I gotta go to bed. Good luck everyone!
