Is this ATW tracking CTs? Has this been seen before?

I think they track the click through for their pay for inclusion for large websites that is on a PPC basis.

I do not know if they use the information in any way to influence the rankings.

Hehe, history!

There has been a thread from some months ago, which I can't seem to find.

Anyway, yes ATW does CTR tracking. You see the same thing on the ES/OV results on top of the serps.
