Well done FAST Service Dept.

Yesterday morning I emailed FAST about the relevancy of their SERPS to my #1 keyword.

I politely hinted that it might be an area that they might like to investigate to check the performance of their algos.

My site had been #1 for a long time and then dropped to midway down page 2 about three months ago. This week it had slipped to page 3.

This morning I checked and I am back at #1.
Now that is what I call a quick turnaround.

This is my second experience of dealing with FAST. On the first occasion, about two years ago, I got a response from the MD!

I can only agree to what you are describing jimmykav. Their customer service department has been outstanding for quite some time. ;)

I clicked on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the SERPS, then on the "Relevancy Problems" link.

I received a follow up email from the Relevancy Task Team stating that their index had changed and that I should be happier with thge SERPS.

I am delighted to say that I am back on Page 1.
