The graphics looks very similar to PositionTech, exactly the same in fact.

I am not sure if I misunderstood the whole thing. Does this mean addresses I submit via Inktomi will end up in Lycos and ATW?

No if you submit to Inktomi, it doesn't mean tha that you will end up in ATW and Lycos, But if you use Lycos PFI program for Inktomi, you will end up in Inktomi, and if you use their PFI program for FAST, you will end up in ATW and Lycos.
