I just like to confirm that we have the same experiences when it comes to swift response from the Fast representatives. They have always responded quickly when we approach them. :)

I would agree that FAST do respond well.
On the one occasion there was a delay from them, I eventually got a message from the MD himself....

I too have just experienced an excellent response to a problem which has been treated differently elsewhere.
