| Does Alltheweb not like www1 and www2?

Apologies if you've already read a similar question to this in the Google column, but my site is www.name.co.uk. It is currently hosted at both www1.name.co.uk and www2.name.co.uk. All other spidering engines seem to pick it up - from Google to Gigablast, but while we have 200 pages containing links to name.co.uk, the page www.name.co.uk doesn't appear in ATW at all. If ATW doesn't like it, does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get our site in there?

But surely it would keep one set of pages and not the other as opposed to be banning me completely for duplicate content: there must be a load of big sites using a similar process?

Depends on how much duplicate content you are talking. Some engines will ban both sets of domains if they are on 3rd levelers.
