Has anyone gone through the mess as far as the "member" log in? I have a few URLs in the select and wanted to find out more about the Pro version. Yeah wanted to anyway, I couldn't do that through my account. I was instructed to log out and then after a mess of window opening and closing...poor navigation, very hard to find what your looking for I had to go as far as setting up a new account? and still what did I geta poor email with this as the second paragraph;

That's not FAST, that's LYCOS, there Support is some of the worst i have seen!!!
The only thing FAST does here is to provide the backend solution.

You're not the first to complain about the way Lycos.com handles the PFI packages, InSite Select and Pro..
If however this FAST/Y! deal materialises - what is going to happen with that PFI programm anyway?
They for sure can't let Lycos profit from submissions aimed at Yahoo inclusion.

I agree that Lycos/Fast account is the most terrible user interface one could possibly have. You would think it was impossible to add an extra URL/Page. They do make it very easy to click on "Spider and submit my entire site" :)
Of course check your Credit Card limit before trying this ("Spider and submit my entire site").
