Is FAST losing ground ? jimmykav msg:223303 11:11 am on Feb 12, 2002 (gmt 0) I am not sure if all is going well at FAST.
There last update was a weird one for me - lots of pages that have been in the DB and never change were dropped.
Their update cycle seems to have got longer.
Their crawlers are out but dont seem to be doing anything with what they get.
The amount of traffic on this forum has decreasing quite a bit.
Come on FAST - what is going on? I had such high hopes for you.....

I really don't keep up with what Fast is doing but I did notice yesterday that a page I made some changes on is showing up in the serp's. Changes to the page were made on 1-23-02 Brad msg:223305 6:49 pm on Feb 12, 2002 (gmt 0)
I launched a new site in mid-December. It has only just now appeared in the Fast index. I hope they are back on track. It was a bad time for both Fast and Google to burp as the winter is my highest traffic time.
I still think they are doing a good job and need some more exposure with the general public. The Fast news search is tops.
