Ok, I have to admit it - I feel pretty lost about fast, in fact pretty lost about the basic important areas for fast optimisation. Any one kind enough to volunteer what they think is basically needed???? :)

Good basic HTML - Fast doesn't seem to like anything they think is spamming. Keyword promotion especially keywords in Title They also try to remove anyone considered to be cloaking

I discovered this by accident as covered here [webmasterworld.com...] Title tag and desc. Pretty much covers it.
