If you are using "bookmark this site" Java Script, you could change its url to [yoursite.com...] I haven't tried this myself, just read this tip from somewhere else.

If you use a favicon.ico you can track access to that and if you don't you can track failed attempts to access it.

Velmu's idea will tell you how many visitors bookmark the site during any reporting period. But the favicon tracking is the only way to measure how many visitors are using the bookmarks. Both are valid and very useful in your reports.

There's a few browsers that request favicon every visit, opera springs to mind.
