My webcounter supplier notified me I need to change as they were going out of business - and would you believe the NEW one I got a month or so back has also disappeared. Now I need another FREE INVISIBLE WEBCOUNTER with NO advertising logos on my homepage, any suggestions please? rufus.

Why not just get the number of request from the server logs?
