I don't know anything about the company except they sell templates, and I suppose they have some other offerings too,
so I'm not meaning to hammer TM specifically.
If it were me, myself and moi who was repeatedly trying to reach Company X's customer service area and contact could not be made, and there was no clear cut reason, I'd begin to think I wasn't a very important widget for Spacely's Sprockets or Coswell's Cogs.
At that point, Astro, Elroy and I would be asking Rosie to tell Jane we'll be home late for the dinner pills and then we'd fly off to start looking for some group that might care about having George as their customer. Not only that, I'd be inclined to use htaccess to make certain they couldn't ever visit Judy's webcam again as well.

hi webdev, i've chatted with one of their support guys on their "instant messaging" chats before. Once. Then after, I couldn't find someone to come on to support. Try again. Would recommend IC vs email re: TM.

Yeah I've been trying their instant chats for 2 days now and everytime I log on it says no opeartors available try again in a few hours.
Beginning to be a pain now as I need some files that I bought and it's holding me up big time.
Oh well I guess I'll have to keep trying.

Webdev, same here. Annoyed about it myself - I've e-mailed many times but have received no replies. What a shame! Great templates too but once bitten....

This is a shame that others are having similar problems.
Well the situation I face is thus.
I purchased one of their templates for about $40, which isn't a great deal however my site already has these graphics installed.
The situation I am in is that I tried to compress the graphics for web optimisation and unfortunately I have overwritten my original files with not great quality ones.
So I have emailed and emailed and emailed if they can resend me the files.
I now find myself being forced to re-buy the same files I bought 4 weeks ago as my current site is suffering from these poor quality files.
I'll keep on at them and I am now going to pay another $40 for the same template, and I will see if they refund my card if I eventually get any reply.
Its just a shame that they support isnt as good as their files, and 2 their files are not pre-optimised which would have saved me all of these probelms.
I'll keep you all informed of what transpires either way.

Well just re-purchased.
And guess what I received an email in less than 30 seconds confirming the sale.....
How about an email from support in less than 3 days.... or ever...

Good news, I had an email today from their support and they are going to refund the money I spept on the second payment.
I'll keep you posted when the money does come through.
