Try Getty Images [gettyone.com]. They resell for many other image companies. The have a good selection and offer various resolutions for each pic.

You can also find photos at photodisc.com. These photos are the least expensive but are the used the most. Other good resources include [dgusa.com] and [eyewire.com.]

Yeah but she's welcome anyway! Good eye 2_M. Truth is I been trying to get her to stop by more often, she thinks we're all SEO experts and she has little to contribute. I gave her the "we all just contribute what we can and we all benefit" speech, didn't work. I gave her the "there's a lotta good general webmastering info and you'll learn a lot" speech and she at least listened... Now I'm trying the "Welcome Wagon" approach. Kids today... This is the first I heard about those image sites too. Gettin' the good info outta her is harder then gettin' cash outta my wallet!! This may be a way for me to pick her brain...

Yes, 2-Much, I get my web nerd side from my Dad. Don't let him tell you that the college education did not pay off. I tend to teach him a few things now and then. Parents today...

> I gave her the [fill in the blank] speech, didn't work If she's old enough to be posting here, you should know that speeches are hopeless by now! ;) Welcome aboard, england... we could use a few more females around here!

Gettyworks.com has a membership you can buy for a year that give you access to 100,000 elements for one year. Pretty sweet deal if you are just using the stuff for web. You only need to use 10 images to pay for the membership and after that it's all gravy. [gettyworks.com...]
