I recently upgraded my image editing software. Does anyone know of any quality plugin filters and masks that I can download for free?

I have PSP so PhotoShop plugins are fine.

If you sign up on Adobe's website they have downloadable PS plugins & brushes somewhere... a lot of the brushes are quite clever, and free.

I think BoxTop software offers a few free plugins also...
