I'm trying to remember the name of Adobe's new program... Adobe Atmosphere, I think? Haven't used it, but I'm pretty sure that's what it's supposed to do. I know they offer trial period downloads sometimes, so you might want to try checking that one out. Flash doesn't do 3D, AFAIK.

Don't know if MX does or not... Atmosphere is the only app I've heard about that is natively designed to handle 3D for the web.

There's a plugin for 3DS MAX called swift 3D that allows you to convert your 3DS animations into flash files...

Director 8.5 has native 3d. It may be what you're looking for. [macromedia.com...]
