Does anyone know of any web site icon packs or clipart sites which offer icons to download, available on the web?

Most icon downloads I know of are free to use on your own computer desktop, but require either writing for permission or paying for use on a public website... That said, two good places to start (IMHO) are Mozco GARASH and Iconfactory. A quick search on Google for either name should turn up the websites in question.
