Hi, SCV is the file extension for the Casmate Native ScanVec format. There is/was a Photoshop plugin called AccuPrint, but since the scanvec.com site is gone it is going to be difficult to get a copy.

Illustrator? No, I don't think so. But I just found ScanVec Amiable. They have PhotoPRINT 4 and it looks like it is an AccuPrint replacement. [scanvecamiable.com ]
