web design images

I have seen several corporate brochures that use these abstract pictures that symbolize things like - success (man climbing ladder), perserverence (man pushing large ball uphill), etc. Can anyone tell me if they saw them and where I can find them.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, toko...
I guess you looking for motivators.com?

You might find despair.com's images interesting too :)

Bartek, Despair.com is an absolute riot. I wasted a half hour looking at every one of their demotivational posters!

Toko, check out successories.com for examples of the kind of images you are looking for. (This is the site that despair.com is mocking with their products.) Unfortunately, these motivational images are sold as prints, and I don't know if there is a way to license their use for web pages. Might give you some ideas, though.

photodisc.com is a big purveyor of 'generic images' as well... between them and eyewire, you should be able to find an image you can use at a fairly low price.

despair.com is definitely the place to go if you're looking to decorate the office though! ;)
