Welcome Mivox. Graphics and design are my biggest stumbling blocks went it comes to websites.
The learning curve isn't always rising. I hope you don't mind very basic questions.

I once had a visitor email me and tell me my site was "unnecessarily gloomy" and that black backgrounds should only be used in 'adult' sites... Thanks for the welcome everyone! I don't mind incredibly basic questions at all... I know I can answer those! ;) It's been my experience that a lot of web designers come into the field from a 'computer geek' background rather than a graphics/design background, so a lot of people seem to have their biggest learning curve in this area. Lord knows I still learn new tricks all the time! > Can you come over and fix my monitor's gamma? Err... I've seen some really cool looking $1000+ kits with special handheld sensors and calibration software... I've got a different setting on my home computer, my Mac at work, and the NT I have to use. I figure it gives me a variety of viewpoints on every design. ;)
