YES! I would just love it if this is a peak at the new Yahoo. I think the little red arrows are on sites that are in the Yahoo Directory...

"Web Page Matches These results show a combination of relevant web pages and web sites provided by our third-party search partners and the Yahoo! Directory. This is the default style in which results appear." I stand corrected. If you click on "New! We've improved Yahoo! Search Learn more about what's changed" It reads the aforementioned quote. In this context, it appears that page matches are the first to appear if no other search is specified.

Everyone should begin seeing the changes at Yahoo.com now. They've now gone officially live as part of the news that Yahoo has resigned Google. It's not a replacement of Yahoo's Directory results with Google's crawler matches. Instead, the two are blended. So far, sites in the directory should be getting a boost -- but you may still see some Google pages outranking Yahoo listings.

>So far, sites in the directory should be getting a boost -- but you may still see some Google pages outranking Yahoo listings That's not what I see. I see 100% Google rank, and my listing, which was #1 in Yahoo and got dropped out of Google in the last update, is not even there. This is awful.

Finally, 1 year on, I have my first Yahoo listing for a site (my sites are not commercial so I can't pay). I just got the acceptance email last night. I thought - wow! I will be on the first page of Yahoo searches. But NO THEY HAVE CHANGED IT ALL! Having said that, I thought the Yahoo search was rubbish and I just clicked on Web Pages to get the Google results anyway

Ouch! What beautiful "integration"... straight Google results with a Yahoo title and description. I see virtually no difference in results at all save a few VERY minor, normal, fluctuations. If they don't provide at least some type of boost to sites listed within the directory, I don't see any real reason aside for PageRank to submit to Yahoo any more.

Can we now pronounce that Google is King. As a British Prime Minister once said "There is no alternative"
