Excuse my ignorence Startup, but is Brampton in the US? When you say Y works on PR, has this a relevance to when it updates?

There is no Yahoo/Google update showing for me. Yahoo has stuck with the last Google DB so far whereas all other partners are on the new DB (as far as I can see). Tomorrow or Tuesday is the day when we should know if this is just a slow update or the last we see of Google on Yahoo for a while. Either way, I'll be happy - I couldn't take the strain of another delay.

Brampton, Ontario, Canada. The reference to PR has nothing to do with the update. I am seeing an update on Yahoo.

My site ranks #12 on yahoo, where it now ranks #2 in google. The update can't possibly be over now.

from Bangkok Yahoogle equals Google. I think it takes a while for it be seen in far flung parts of the world. <joke>

There's something fishy about yahoo, i hope their still working for to get the new index online. I do see sites of mine that were added recently to Google, but there is unusual diffrence in ranking between Y & G. Last months position on google is now the position shown on Yahoogle. They must be still updating or something just went terribly wrong this month.

I don't seen an update yet. I would assume that Yahoo will update either on Thursday or Saturday of this week. Just research has show that Yahoo updates on the first Thursday or Saturday of the month. My money is on Saturday. Although, Thursday would work for me :)

I noticed that my site appeared in Yahoo this morning, but then vanished. I hope their update isn't complete.

I'm seeing the new results, but all references to Google are gone, even the text blurb in the URH corner. Might just be me noticing it late, but the last time I looked Yahoo did have a text reference to Google that replaced the graphic they used to have.

I saw the text blurb once out of 20 searches that provided results from a site I know isn't in the Yahoo! directory. Could be a glitch, or a portent. :)

I just tried multiple searches for terms that would bring up web site and web page matches and other terms that would return only web page matches and I'm still seeing the "Provided by Google" text box either way. I wonder what you're seeing? Sept. has come and gone.....
