We have been listed in Yahoo since yahoo had diapers. This past year (shortly after the paid inclusion came up) we were dropped from the directory. Has happened to a few other peers of our aswell. Seems to be somewhat random. Is this a ploy to eventually get all the grandfathered sites to pay for the recurring submission?

I went ahead and paid for inclusion, was reviewed, and added back into the directory. The interesting thing is that they used our site description from almost four years ago...

I am debating on appealing the current site description shown in the directory, however, I do not want to irratate a reviewer and get dropped from the directory completely.

Any ideas?

Ask nicely and usually they will do it.
