Initially, I had the same problem and sometimes still do. It might be coincidence, but I found by opening another brower and bringing up the site, then returning to the browser with the Yahoo free submit the submit went through. I've done this for a couple of sites and have no idea why it happens.

When you access your site is there a lag time before it shows? Could it be that the server is taking too long to show the page, which in turn makes Yahoo think that the page isn't available. Somewhere I read in Yahoo that slow pages is one reason for timeouts.

I've tried several different sites - all with the same result... Just tried to add yahoo itself, with the same error message.

Just keep clicking submit. It may take up to 100 clicks but it has eventualy accepted all my sites.
