Try dumping your temp internet files and cookies. I have had this happen before and deleting cookies mysteriously fixes it! That will work - guaranteed!

logout from your yahoo account and delete all cookies and temp internet files

For the last 4-5 weeks (recent yahoo update) our site shows top five results on most of the keeywords in most of country based results like india, australia, uk com; altavista; overture and cnn but on US yahoo.com results comes up on page 3 to 5. www.site.com on US yahoo shows 1350 results with a yahoo search directory listing also. on few keywords it still comes up on page 1 on US yahoo. On US yahoo.com it shows same results as contry based yahoo results 4-5 a days for few seconds or minutes or until I clean cache and temp files. Does this mean that the site is penalized. I have cleaned all explorer files like cache and tmp but still yahoo.com doesnot show what contry based and other yahoo affiliates show.

it may be that the yahoo datacenters are not in synch yet. I've experience this during times when yahoo is updating. it does eventually get sychronized.

thanks renee. It has been a month now and I'm not sure whether yahoo country results, overture and cnn which are almost similar right now or yahoo US will be shown after the update/synchronization.

Hi sunnyk! from here, Italy, it's very difficult to check yahoo.com serp. I see the serp results of months ago...
To check my real serp first I use an anonymizer browser ( ex www.anonymizer.com). But the strange fact is that I get different results using different browsers or office locations. I think that Yahoo uses several differents databases and it will take time to allineate all of them......

In my case, it were cookies and temp files. I cleaned my cache and cookies and now I can see my site! Thanks guys for your help ;)
