Lost lots of number 1-3 postions, this may hurt. My top positions are more like 10-20s now. Anyone else?

30 minutes later some positions are back, sites still moving quite a bit.

Must stay calm (says to self).

damnit, I am nervous now. I made about 30 grand last month from 1 site alone that had all top 3 rankings. I am hoping not to fall from the throne (crosses fingers).

This is turning out nicely...i'm getting within the first 1 or 2 entries for any "keyword review" for many of my reviews and articles and some with just the keyword...i'm happy :D Guess i'm goign to start doubling my writing output ;-)

I see no real changes in my odd narrow niche. -Larry

Oddly enough, one computer here is showing one set of rankings - and my laptop, hooked up to the same ISP is showing other (totally differnet) rankings. I deleted "cookies" and now I see the same rankings of both machines! Is that strange or what?

Not seeing any change here. Last time they updated their index it was announced on their blog, wasn't it?

The Yahoo index seems to be in constant flux though, maybe this is just one of ther many changes. Would love to see a proper update again!

When did you notice these changes with the Yahoo serps?

Noticed yesterday evening aprox 8pm US mountain time. The results then where way out of wack from Y! norms. In my sector it's 1/2 new and 1/2 old mixed together now.

Most of the number 1 positons replaced with yellow.superpages. Don't the search engines know they are the new yellow pages and don't need to show them at the top?

I'm afraid this is all my fault. For my main keyphrase been going between number 1 and 2 for months as the number 1 guy appeared and disappeared nonstop. Used to think, poor bastid doesn't know if he's comin or goin. Now he's been replaced by someone else but I remain at 2.

After this wipsaw no longer concerned about the other guy, I'm over that.

I am noticing a flood of Yahoo traffic like I have never seen before and when I went to look at my positions in the Yahoo SERPs I couldn't help but notice I was suddenly #1-#3 for just about every keyword combo I have been optimizing for.

A few days ago this happened on MSN and now Yahoo. Gotta like it.

Anyone else getting search error 999 when doing searches?
