Yahoo!Store compatible to Yahoo!Search SEO standards
Can one domain have four Internal URLs and still meet SEO requirements?

I have been watching all of my search engines presence drop (Google by 50% per month since Nov'04, Yahoo!Search and all other search engines dropped me over 80% each on April Fools Day after just starting to add me in Jan'05). All the while to improve SEO I have been successful in meeting several professionally recommended SEO software tools recommendations.

I have a Yahoo!Store using Yahoo!Merchant Solutions (MS). This causes four internal Yahoo! URLs (store.foo.com. a yahoo.com URL for pictures and another yahoo.com URL for pages displayed on https and the new MS URL site.foo.com). The Internet domain URL www.foo.com can have a "safe" redirect to either site.foo.com or store.foo.com, the three other Yahoo URLs are exposed on the Internet.

On "store.foo.com" I am restricted to what I can change (10,000+ web pages), on "site.foo.com" I can be creative (47 pages, but I want more). From "store.foo.com" to "site.foo.com" I have one link on all pages, while on "site.foo.com" I have rebuilt the store.foo.com navigation panel.

Must I abandon one of the store.foo.com or site.foo.com URLs for SEO?
