Have you checked for your home page in Yahoo with site:mydomain.com Very unusual for a large site with many incoming links to not be found.

It could have been found long ago, but banned for some reason. We've had several large sites that have done well in Google, but have been banned by the Yahoo bot (the old Inktomi bot). Goes back to before Yahoo owned this crawler. Just something you might want to think about.

site:mydomain.com gives a grand total of 1 page. Same command in Google gives a total of 673,000 pages. (Like I said, itīs a BIG site!) Kinda weird, Iīve submitted a re-review request, hope they follow them up...

A good way to get yourself included and getting indexed by yahoo is by creating an RSS feed for your website content. Just headlines and short excerpts. Then add the live feed to all your my yahoo accounts and possibly also add a my yahoo button to your website.

Also at once try paid inclusion and let yahoo bot do its work then you may discontinue subscription

Isnīt paid inclusion just for the directory? I did the directory paid inclusion a year ago, with no effect on the organic SERPS. Don't think an RSS feed will help, the problem must be more fundamental as we have a ton of backlinks (as you can imagine!). Thanks for suggestions!

How can one tell if they have a Yahoo ban (besides not being indexed for 7 years).

And what does one do about it? We have had the "dropped but spidered like crazy" experience after many years enjoying excellent SERPS any good authority in Yahoo. Still great in G and other SEs, just not in Y/Overture anymore. YST doesn't say anything about being "banned", they just answer by referring us to the FAQs and guidelines, all of which we meet.
