| How do i get back into Yahoo

My site has been online for over a year now, in the last few months i have been kicked out of the yahoo index. I would like to be back in yahoo but dont know who to contact. If anyone could help me. On yahoo if i do linkdomain:mysite.com i get about 10000 links to my site. All the newest links that i get are shown too. The site still gets spidered but i am not in the index. This bot comes to my site regularly
